They would not return phone calls from my spouse and I to let us know what the status of their search was. The company knew months ahead she would be on vacation for a month but the company did not find a replacement while she was away. The person we did have was fantastic and did everything we needed and then some but also had to attend to her “real” job too. We never had a choice and in fact the person we had was actually the local care coordinator who usually has an office job. We were told initially there would be 3 different aides over 3 weeks and then my spouse would choose whom she desired for primary caregiver and back-up caregiver. The proposed service for homecare for my spouse was not what the reality was.
